By accessing or using zerogpt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
1. Description of Service
zerogpt provides AI-powered tools including AI plagiarism detection (text and files), text summarization, grammar checking, humanization, translation, and email generation.
2. Usage Limits and Subscriptions
- Free Trial: Users are granted a maximum of two (2) free tries to test any available features.
- Paid Access: After the trial limit is reached, continued use of the app requires a paid subscription.
- Account Integrity: You agree not to attempt to bypass usage limits through technical means or multiple account creations.
3. User Responsibilities
When using the file upload feature for detection or summarization, you represent that you have the right to upload such content and that it does not violate any third-party copyrights.
4. Accuracy of AI Results
While zerogpt strives for high accuracy in AI detection and text processing, you acknowledge that AI-generated results are probabilistic. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy and are not responsible for any decisions made based on the app's output.
5. Prohibited Actions
You may not use zerogpt to generate harmful content, spam, or engage in any activity that violates local or international laws.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
